Roulade

My low key Sunday plans from last weekend. I made my first roulade from the Bake from Scratch fall issue. It’s a pumpkin orange blossom cake with creme fraiche and cream cheese filling. It’s highly convenient that I bought a bottle of orange blossom water recently. Sometimes I just buy random ingredients, because I’ve never seen or used them before. Not because I actually have a plan for them. That would make too much sense after all.

What I tried to avoid all day Sunday was the news. Staying informed is highly important but sometimes it’s a bit of overload.
